Register as a Taimba customer
We deliver on fixed routes, every day, so the route and the landmark nearest your shop are what put you on a delivery run. If your landmark is not on the list, type in your own — we add new ones as shops register.
- Route — pick the one nearest your shop.
- Landmark — the stage, market or shopping centre our driver will look for.
- Phone number — this is how we confirm every order, so it has to be right.

Every route delivers daily Monday - Saturday. Order by 4pm and your delivery arrives the next morning.

Before you register
No. Registering is free, there is no joining fee and no minimum contract. You order when you need produce.
Every order is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp, and the driver calls you when they reach your landmark. It is also the number we send the price list to. You will need to give it again when you place an order.
Choose “Other — not listed” and type in the landmark you use. It goes to the trade agent who calls you, and once it is confirmed we add it to the route so the next shop nearby can pick it.
No. That field is optional and you can leave it as “Prefer not to say”. We ask only because a large share of the shopkeepers we serve are women, and we report on that to the partners who fund our farmer programmes.
They go to the Taimba sales team and into our order system so we can serve you. We do not sell or share them. See our privacy policy.
