How ordering works

Register
Two minutes: your name, phone number, delivery route, the landmark beside your shop and what you sell. Free, no minimum contract.
Order by 4pm
Pick your items and quantities. You will see the price for each unit before you confirm.
We pack overnight
Your order is picked from graded stock and held cold at our hub until the morning run.
Delivered & paid
Produce arrives at your premises. Pay with M-Pesa, cash on delivery, or on your approved account.
Open a trade account
Register your shop
Tell us your name, your route and the landmark nearest your shop, and a Taimba trade agent will call you to confirm your delivery day, your usual volumes and your payment terms. Institutional buyers — schools, hospitals, hotels and processors — can be set up on invoice terms.

Questions
Before you order
Yes — deliveries start at one full unit (a bag, crate or net). Most shops order between three and ten units at a time. Institutional buyers with standing weekly orders get their own schedule.
Yes, within our delivery zones. Delivery is included in the price you see — there is no separate transport line on your bill.
Tell the driver at the point of delivery and reject the affected unit, or call us within two hours. We replace it on the next run or credit your account. See Delivery & payment.
M-Pesa at checkout, cash on delivery, or on account if you have been approved for invoice terms. Institutional buyers are invoiced monthly.
Nairobi and the immediate surrounding towns. If you are outside that, tell us where you are — we open new routes as demand builds.
